Q\u00eb nga viti 1989, Kosova vuante nga masat e dhunshme t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt ishin t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtuar nga institucionet publike, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb shkollat dhe universitetet. Nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit m\u00ebsonin n\u00eb sistem paralel, n\u00ebp\u00ebr sht\u00ebpi private, me sh\u00ebnime. Kjo vazhdoi deri n\u00eb vitin 1999.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bombardimet e NATO-s nis\u00ebn m\u00eb 24 mars 1999. P\u00ebr 79 dit\u00eb, u mbyll\u00ebm n\u00ebp\u00ebr banesat tona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb qershor 1999 hodha syt\u00eb jasht\u00eb dhe pash\u00eb trupat ushtarake q\u00eb po afroheshin n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb. Ishin KFOR-i, gurkat dhe Ushtria Britanike. Dol\u00ebm jasht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetur. Un\u00eb iu dhash\u00eb uj\u00eb: kishin ardhur n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb nga Maqedonia. At\u00eb nat\u00eb, ata fjet\u00ebn jasht\u00eb banes\u00ebs ton\u00eb, mbi tok\u00eb, brenda thas\u00ebve t\u00eb gjumit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dit\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr ata u larguan nga Prishtina. Sapo media t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendte ndonj\u00eb varrez\u00eb t\u00eb sapozbuluar, me qindra njer\u00ebz paraqiteshin dit\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nj\u00eb familje m\u00eb k\u00ebrkoi t\u00eb shkoj me ta n\u00eb Serbi, pas zbulimit t\u00eb varreve n\u00eb Batajnic\u00eb, Petrovo Sello dhe Liqenin Peruqac. Ishte e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u2019u thoja jo, por ishte edhe m\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb merrja rrug\u00ebn p\u00ebr n\u00eb Serbi duke e ditur se 40 pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb familjes time ishin vrar\u00eb n\u00eb masakr\u00ebn e fshatit Studime. Kam b\u00ebr\u00eb 22 transferime t\u00eb kufomave nga Batajnica dhe Petrovo Sello, duke sjell\u00eb mbi 1,000 thas\u00eb me mbetje mortore n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb vitin 2006, Serbia konfirmoi zyrtarisht se atje nuk kishte mbetur m\u00eb asnj\u00eb i pagjetur nga Kosova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disa familje refuzuan ta besojn\u00eb. Ata nuk jepnin mostra gjaku p\u00ebr p\u00ebrputhje t\u00eb ADN-s\u00eb. Komunikimi me ta ishte i v\u00ebshtir\u00eb. K\u00ebt\u00eb besim e ushqejn\u00eb disa sekser\u00eb t\u00eb vuajtjes q\u00eb u japin familjeve shpresa t\u00eb rreme duke iu sjell\u00eb \u201cmesazhe\u201d nga t\u00eb af\u00ebrmit e pagjetur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tani, shumica e an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb familjeve po fillojn\u00eb ta besojn\u00eb se t\u00eb af\u00ebrmit e tyre nuk jan\u00eb m\u00eb gjall\u00eb. Ata \u201cg\u00ebzohen\u201d me kthimin e mbetjeve t\u00eb tyre mortore. Kan\u00eb pritur p\u00ebr 20 vjet. Jan\u00eb t\u00eb lodhur. Ata \u201cg\u00ebzohen\u201d, sepse shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb ende jan\u00eb n\u00eb pritje, me frik\u00ebn se do t\u00eb vdesin pa arritur t\u2019i varrosin djemt\u00eb, v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit, et\u00ebrit, n\u00ebnat, motrat, bijat, kush\u00ebrinjt\u00eb apo gjysh\u00ebrit e tyre\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb k\u00ebto 20 vite kam vizituar 22 shoqata t\u00eb familjeve dhe an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jemi marr\u00eb me 8,000 familje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T\u2019u tregosh familjeve se kemi gjetur t\u00eb af\u00ebrmit e tyre, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb gjall\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb pjesa m\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb. Bashk\u00eb me IML-n\u00eb, n\u00eb procesin e gjetjes dhe identifikimit t\u00eb t\u00eb pagjeturve jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe shum\u00eb organizata nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb Zyr\u00ebn e Personave t\u00eb Pagjetur dhe Mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb Ligjore (OMPF), Misioni i OKB-s\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb (UNMIK), Komisioni Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr t\u00eb Pagjeturit (ICMP) dhe EULEX, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Anchor\" src=\"blob:https:\/\/dwp-balkan.org\/staging\/86ce3d56-885e-4e13-8083-5505b43595a9\">Menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas luft\u00ebs, nuk ka patur sistem t\u00eb centralizuar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duke e penguar dhe m\u00eb tej procesin, disa t\u00eb ashtuquajtura \u201cOJQ\u201d kan\u00eb shkuar nga fshati n\u00eb fshat, duke mbledhur informacion, foto dhe sende nga familje e t\u00eb pagjeturve.
