QDK-ja \u00ebsht\u00eb projekt i Fondit p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebn Humanitare (FDH) t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, nj\u00eb organizat\u00eb vendore q\u00eb mbledh t\u00eb dh\u00ebna p\u00ebr shkeljen e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut q\u00eb nga viti 1997. E themeluar n\u00eb vitin 2017, QDK-ja \u00ebsht\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb ekspozuese dhe edukative, e krijuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb angazhuar publikun n\u00eb hulumtimin e FDH-s\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbyer si burim i qassh\u00ebm i drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb tranzicionale.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Si erdhi projekti \u201cNa ishte nj\u00eb her\u00eb q\u00eb kurr\u00eb mos qoft\u00eb\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cbsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pak p\u00ebr t\u00eb memorializuar t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Shteti nuk i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi p\u00ebrkujtimit t\u00eb viktimave civile t\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi. \u00cbsht\u00eb sidomos shqet\u00ebsuese se nj\u00eb nga temat m\u00eb t\u00eb ndjeshme, vdekja e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve, ka qen\u00eb edhe m\u00eb e shp\u00ebrfillura. Deri tani, nuk ka asnj\u00eb dit\u00eb simbolike p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrkujtuar k\u00ebt\u00eb kategori t\u00eb viktimave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebrgjat\u00eb shum\u00eb viteve, FDH ka mbledhur informacion p\u00ebr viktimat e krimeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs, ushtar\u00ebt e vrar\u00eb dhe ata q\u00eb u rr\u00ebmbyen dhe u zhduk\u00ebn n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb para dhe gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs. Duke iu referuar k\u00ebtij hulumtimi t\u00eb gjer\u00eb, t\u00eb zhvilluar nd\u00ebr shum\u00eb vite, FDH publikoi <em>Librin e kujtimeve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, <\/em>q\u00eb sh\u00ebrben si p\u00ebrkujtim p\u00ebr viktimat e luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb gjat\u00ebvitit 1998. Libri p\u00ebrmban narrative t\u00eb shkurtra dhe t\u00eb personalizuara p\u00ebr k\u00ebta individ\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019u jap\u00eb jet\u00eb kujtimeve p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb shpeshher\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrmendur vet\u00ebm si num\u00ebr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Numri i lart\u00eb i f\u00ebmij\u00ebve viktima nga lufta n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, q\u00eb gjithashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb relativ ndaj numrit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb viktimave dhe mungesa e v\u00ebmendjes, q\u00eb u \u00ebsht\u00eb kushtuar atyre dhe historive t\u00eb tyre, na b\u00ebri t\u00eb inicojm\u00eb \u201c<em>Na ishte nj\u00eb her\u00eb q\u00eb kurr\u00eb mos qoft\u00eb<\/em>.\u201d Gjat\u00eb asaj kohe jan\u00eb vrar\u00eb 1,024 f\u00ebmij\u00eb dhe 109 ende jan\u00eb t\u00eb pagjetur. E pam\u00eb nevoj\u00ebn t\u2019i p\u00ebrkujtojm\u00eb k\u00ebto viktima t\u00eb reja. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb pajtohen se k\u00ebta f\u00ebmij\u00eb ishin viktima. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb nuk ka hap\u00ebsir\u00eb p\u00ebr diskutim \u2013 rr\u00ebmbimi dhe vrasja e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb krim. Ne duam t\u00eb rr\u00ebfejm\u00eb historit\u00eb e tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Si ishte procesi i mbledhjes s\u00eb gj\u00ebrave personale dhe historive t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duke shfryt\u00ebzuar t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat q\u00eb kemi mbledhur p\u00ebr shum\u00eb vite, ne filluam t\u00eb kontaktojm\u00eb familjet e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb pagjetur dhe t\u00eb vrar\u00eb. I intervistuam ata dhe shpresonim t\u00eb mblidhnim gj\u00ebrat e tyre personale dhe fotografi q\u00eb t\u2019i ekspozonim bashk\u00eb me historit\u00eb e tyre. Mir\u00ebpo, pasi kontaktuam me familjet, e kuptuam se pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e tyre nuk kishin asgj\u00eb (gj\u00ebra personale ), pasi shumica e sht\u00ebpive t\u00eb tyre ishin djegur. Ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb, familjet as nuk kishin foto t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por, ajo q\u00eb pam\u00eb ishte gatishm\u00ebria e madhe nga familjet q\u00eb t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunonin, madje edhe nga familjet q\u00eb nuk kishin m\u00eb asnj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve. Ata e p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebn iden\u00eb dhe ende donin q\u00eb historia e tyre t\u00eb d\u00ebgjohej. Kjo ishte hera e par\u00eb q\u00eb po b\u00ebhej di\u00e7ka publikisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrkujtuar f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00c7far\u00eb keni p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb ekspozit\u00eb?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nga totali i 1,133 f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb vrar\u00eb ose t\u00eb pagjetur, 100 ishin joshqiptar\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb 50 nga komuniteti serb. Duke p\u00ebrdorur hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn n\u00eb dispozicion n\u00eb QDK, punuam me at\u00eb \u00e7ka kishim, pra rreth 20 gj\u00ebra personale fizike t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb vrar\u00eb apo t\u00eb pagjetur nga pjes\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, plus disa fotografi. K\u00ebto i ekspozuam bashk\u00eb me historit\u00eb e tyre. Shumica e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve n\u00eb ekspozit\u00eb ishin nga komuniteti shqiptar. Dy nga gj\u00ebrat personale q\u00eb gjet\u00ebm u p\u00ebrkisnin nj\u00eb v\u00ebllai dhe nj\u00eb motre nga komuniteti serb. Ishte sidomos e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb gjeje familje nga komunitetet serb dhe joshqiptar\u00eb, pasi shumica jan\u00eb larguar nga Kosova. Ne vazhduam t\u2019i k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb k\u00ebto familje, pasi donim t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshinim sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb histori t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve q\u00eb t\u00eb ishte e mundur. K\u00ebto jan\u00eb historit\u00eb q\u00eb duhen treguar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Si reaguan familjet ndaj ekspozit\u00ebs?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ky projekt \u00ebsht\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur tek bashk\u00ebpunimi i familjeve, p\u00ebr t\u00eb punuar me ne dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndar\u00eb historit\u00eb e tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gatishm\u00ebria e familjeve p\u00ebr t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunuar me ne dhe me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin na tregoi se komunitetet mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhen bashk\u00eb n\u00eb pik\u00ebllimin e tyre. N\u00eb nj\u00ebfar\u00eb m\u00ebnyre, ekspozita ishte simbol i pajtimit. Familjet ishin t\u00eb lumtura q\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tyre po p\u00ebrkujtoheshin krahas f\u00ebmij\u00ebve nga komunitete t\u00eb ndryshme. Prind\u00ebrit pat\u00ebn mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb takohen dhe t\u00eb lidhen me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin. N\u00eb ngjarje mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz, gj\u00eb q\u00eb na tregoi interesimin e lart\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb tem\u00eb nga publiku i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, OSHC-t\u00eb dhe komuniteti nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjat\u00eb hapjes s\u00eb ekspozit\u00ebs, secila familje i shoq\u00ebronte familjet e tjera tek gj\u00ebrat e tyre dhe shpjegonin historit\u00eb e tyre. Ishte di\u00e7ka shum\u00eb emocionuese. Njer\u00ebzit p\u00ebrqafoheshin, edhe ata q\u00eb nuk ishin t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb. Ishte nj\u00eb atmosfer\u00eb trishtimi dhe mir\u00ebnjohjeje, q\u00eb t\u00eb mbushte me emocione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cili ishte ndikimi i ekspozit\u00ebs tek vizitor\u00ebt?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00ebnyra si rr\u00ebfehen historit\u00eb \u2013 fokusin e kemi v\u00ebn\u00eb tek jet\u00ebt e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve. Vizitor\u00ebve u soll\u00ebm ndjesin\u00eb e p\u00ebrditshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb k\u00ebtyre f\u00ebmij\u00ebve. P\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht, historit\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebri t\u00eb thjeshta, q\u00eb vizitor\u00ebve u sjellin nd\u00ebr mend f\u00ebmij\u00ebrin\u00eb e vet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00eb pas ne prezantuam m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si k\u00ebta f\u00ebmij\u00eb humb\u00ebn jet\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kjo m\u00ebnyr\u00eb p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrlidhje pati ndikim t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm. E pam\u00eb se nxiti ndjesin\u00eb e empatis\u00eb p\u00ebr viktimat dhe vet\u00ebdije m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb ka ndodhur n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meq\u00eb n\u00eb ekspozit\u00eb nuk paraqitet dhun\u00eb grafike, ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr t\u2019u vizituar edhe nga f\u00ebmij\u00ebt. Prind\u00ebrit sidomos e pan\u00eb ekspozit\u00ebn si nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb hapur me f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tyre tem\u00ebn e s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs ton\u00eb dhe t\u00eb diskutojn\u00eb p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb ka ndodhur n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00c7far\u00eb tjet\u00ebr keni planifikuar p\u00ebr \u201c<\/strong><em><strong>Na ishte nj\u00eb her\u00eb q\u00eb kurr\u00eb mos qoft\u00eb<\/strong><\/em><strong>?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ne synojm\u00eb ta zgjerojm\u00eb ekspozit\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb histori t\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve. Tani ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb familje q\u00eb po vijn\u00eb n\u00eb qend\u00ebr, q\u00eb duan t\u00eb ndajn\u00eb historit\u00eb e tyre. Duam t\u00eb krijojm\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dikur, duam q\u00eb ta shnd\u00ebrrojm\u00eb n\u00eb ekspozit\u00eb sh\u00ebtit\u00ebse, t\u2019i japim vizibilitet n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb rajonin dhe t\u00eb nxisim m\u00eb shum\u00eb familje q\u00eb t\u00eb deklarohen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Po punojm\u00eb p\u00ebr krijimin e nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsire t\u00eb p\u00ebrhershme p\u00ebr ekspozit\u00ebn.
