Nuk e kisha v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u2019i identifikoja gjurm\u00ebt e pastra t\u00eb secil\u00ebs periudh\u00eb. Vullneti i Perandorit Justinian q\u00eb, p\u00ebrmes shk\u00eblqimit t\u00eb Ulpian\u00ebs, t\u00eb linte gjurm\u00eb n\u00eb viset prej nga e kishte prejardhjen shihej qart\u00eb, ashtu si edhe ndikimi i kish\u00ebs ortodokse mbi rendin shoq\u00ebror mesjetar p\u00ebrmes kishave dhe manastireve. Sundimi pes\u00ebqindvje\u00e7ar osman la gjurm\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7do pore t\u00eb jet\u00ebs duke dominuar siluetat e vendbanimeve me kupola dhe minare t\u00eb panum\u00ebrta. Njollat e neoklasicizmit austro-hungarez, sado t\u00ebrthorazi q\u00eb t\u00eb kishte kaluar k\u00ebndej, e deri tek Jugosllavia e pas Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore q\u00eb parrull\u00ebn e \u201cbarazis\u00eb absolute t\u00eb rendit sociaclist vet\u00ebqeveris\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb uniformimit t\u00eb masave pa klasa shoq\u00ebrore\u201d e shtrinte edhe n\u00eb politikat e zhvillimit t\u00eb qyteteve p\u00ebrmes nd\u00ebrtesave t\u00eb balancuara n\u00eb kosto dhe shprehje. Periudh\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr ta artikuluar e pata, e n\u00eb mas\u00eb t\u00eb madhe e kam ende sot, at\u00eb t\u00eb pas luft\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit (q\u00eb nga viti 1999). Kjo, ndoshta edhe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb af\u00ebrsis\u00eb kohore. Fundja, \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe rregull fizik q\u00eb gj\u00ebrat q\u00eb i ke m\u00eb pran\u00eb nuk mund t\u2019i shoh\u00ebsh n\u00eb plan t\u00eb gjer\u00eb. Nga nj\u00eb perspektiv\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithshme k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb e kam p\u00ebrkufizuar si konfuze, t\u00eb shp\u00ebrqendruar, t\u00eb paqart\u00eb n\u00eb vizion, e q\u00eb u pasqyrua n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn mas\u00eb dhe form\u00eb konfuze, t\u00eb shp\u00ebrqendruar dhe pa vizion edhe n\u00eb arkitektur\u00eb. Ende po p\u00ebrpiqem ta kthjellt\u00ebsoj, s\u00eb paku duke dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim krejt\u00ebsisht individual, pa k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulur aspak n\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebsin\u00eb absolute t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"..\/kcfinder\/upload\/images\/BP17\/BP17%20Quote%20Arber%20Sadiki%20ALB.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas luft\u00ebs, n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb dhe n\u00eb qytete t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs filloi nj\u00eb bum i madh i nd\u00ebrtimeve. Fillimisht, kjo u duk si nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr kulm mbi kok\u00eb, pak si rrjedhoj\u00eb e shkat\u00ebrrimeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs e pak nga ndalimi i nd\u00ebrtimeve p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb regjimit dhjet\u00eb-vje\u00e7ar t\u00eb Millosheviqit. Mir\u00ebpo, shum\u00eb shpejt, nga nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr strehim u transformua n\u00eb epsh p\u00ebr pasurim. <em>Qyteti<\/em> filloi t\u00eb trajtohet si parcel\u00eb gjigante nd\u00ebrtimi ku n\u00eb \u00e7do ngast\u00ebr tr\u00eb lir\u00eb t\u00eb tij duhej t\u00eb ngulitej nga nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb. Sht\u00ebpit\u00eb individuale dhe zonat e banimit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuara me dashuri n\u00eb vitet e 80-ta, t\u00eb mbuluara nga gjelb\u00ebrime me shije n\u00ebp\u00ebr lagjet si: Pejtoni, Bregu i Diellit, Dodona, Tophanja, Emshiri, u detyruan q\u00eb ato t\u2019ua japin nd\u00ebrtues\u00ebve n\u00eb kompensim t\u00eb disa apartamenteve. Pra, parcelat q\u00eb dikur k\u00ebndsh\u00ebm komunikonin me sht\u00ebpit\u00eb individuale t\u00eb vendosura n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhshm\u00ebri me madh\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre duke krijuar harmoni n\u00eb mes veti, u p\u00ebrdhunuan nga nd\u00ebrtesat gjigande shum\u00ebbanesore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb librave kadastral\u00eb q\u00eb ishin vjedhur nga sistemi i Millosheviqit deri sa po e l\u00ebshonte Kosov\u00ebn, keqp\u00ebrdoruesve t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm iu dha mund\u00ebsia q\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr sip\u00ebrfaqe t\u00eb shumta publike t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtonin nd\u00ebrtesa shum\u00ebbanesore p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime afariste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb ndikoi duksh\u00ebm n\u00eb shp\u00ebrfytyrimin e qytetit \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebnyra e privatizimit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjeve shoq\u00ebrore. N\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e rasteve, prona t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre nd\u00ebrmarrjeve privatizoheshin jo p\u00ebr t\u00eb rigjall\u00ebruar karakterin industrial apo biznesor t\u00eb tyre, por duke u par\u00eb si parcela atraktive p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtim. Rasti m\u00eb flagrant \u00ebsht\u00eb lagja \u201cFazita\u201d n\u00eb zem\u00ebr t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs, q\u00eb nga nj\u00eb zon\u00eb ekonomike me nd\u00ebrtime dhe dend\u00ebsi super t\u00eb ul\u00ebt u kthye brenda nat\u00ebs n\u00eb zon\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimi t\u00eb lart\u00eb deri n\u00eb 40 kate, pa u menduar fare p\u00ebr kurfarr\u00eb intervenimi shtes\u00eb n\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebn e nevojshme publike! &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"..\/kcfinder\/upload\/images\/BP17\/Fig%201.JPG\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00ebta tre skenar\u00eb t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb qytetit: sulmi mbi lagjet e banimit individual, sulmi mbi pronat publike dhe abuzimi me procesin e privatizimit, nuk ndodh\u00ebn aksidentalisht, por sipas nj\u00eb strategjie t\u00eb past\u00ebr p\u00ebr superp\u00ebrfitime nga ana e nd\u00ebrtuesve. Qytetet u trajtuan si parcela nd\u00ebrtimi me q\u00ebllim pasurimi maksimal duke harruar krejt\u00ebsisht cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb qytetarit apo adresimin e nevojave t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta, duke shkat\u00ebrruar, shp\u00ebrfytyruar dhe shp\u00ebrfillur gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij procesi edhe pranin\u00ebe s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs s\u00eb dhunshme dhe traumatike. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prandaj, k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb nj\u00ebzetvje\u00e7are nuk do t\u00eb mund ta kuptojm\u00eb pa hedhur edhe nj\u00eb v\u00ebshtrim se si u trajtuan ato pak hap\u00ebsira publike, si: sheshet qendrore, sh\u00ebtitoret, parqet, etj., q\u00eb nuk mund\u00ebn t\u2019i privatizojn\u00eb apo uzurpojn\u00eb. Edhe pse ato nuk u privatizuan, nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se nuk u keqp\u00ebrdor\u00ebn. Pushtetet e k\u00ebsaj kohe e kishin fare t\u00eb qart\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e manifestimit t\u00eb fuqis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre p\u00ebrmes t\u00eb qenit t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb publikut. K\u00ebshtu, pavar\u00ebsisht se nuk u lodh\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar asnj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb publike t\u00eb re, ata u b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb pakompromis p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb me \u00e7do kusht t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb ato ekzistuese. P\u00ebr pak vite pas luft\u00ebs, duke vazhduar edhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme, hap\u00ebsirat publike u mbush\u00ebn me skulptura t\u00eb protagonist\u00ebve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit. Dhe deri k\u00ebtu \u00ebsht\u00eb krejt e kuptueshme. Nuk b\u00ebn\u00eb asgj\u00eb q\u00eb nuk b\u00ebn\u00eb gjith\u00eb pushtetet t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn n\u00eb 2500 vjet\u00ebt e fundit t\u00eb civilizimit gjithandej n\u00ebp\u00ebr bot\u00eb. Ajo q\u00eb bie n\u00eb sy, \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebnyra se SI E B\u00cbN\u00cb?! e q\u00eb n\u00eb fakt na jep t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb edhe PSE E B\u00cbN\u00cb?! T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto skulptura t\u00eb vendosura n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha sheshet e Kosov\u00ebs leht\u00ebsisht mund t\u00eb ndahen n\u00eb dy kategori. Kategoria e par\u00eb, ato me me defekte t\u00eb theksuara proporcionale, t\u00eb punuara nga autor\u00eb amator\u00eb, dhe e dyta, ato t\u00eb realizuara korrekt brenda parimeve t\u00eb realizmit socialist t\u00eb pas Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore. K\u00ebto t\u00eb dytat, p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht t\u00eb realizuara nga skulptor\u00eb eminent\u00eb nga Republika e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, ku kjo rrym\u00eb ishte shum\u00eb e zhvilluar, arrijn\u00eb shpesh edhe p\u00ebrkryeshm\u00ebrin\u00eb brenda k\u00ebsaj fryme, por p\u00ebrs\u00ebri e pamjaftueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb g\u00ebzuar statusin e vepr\u00ebs artistike p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb shp\u00ebrfilljes s\u00eb komponentit t\u00eb domosdosh\u00ebm VEP\u00cbR \u2013 KOH\u00cb. Pra, si nga rasti i par\u00eb, ashtu edhe nga i dyti, v\u00ebrejm\u00eb leht\u00ebsisht se ardhja e k\u00ebtyre protagonist\u00ebve n\u00ebp\u00ebr hap\u00ebsirat publike shum\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se sa vullnet i \u00e7ilt\u00ebr p\u00ebr t\u00eb nderuar sakrific\u00ebn e tyre ishte vullnet politik p\u00ebr t\u00eb imponuar dhe n\u00ebnvizuar se KUSH E SOLLI LIRIN\u00cb. Pra, n\u00eb k\u00ebto skulptura, i gjith\u00eb fokusi artistik p\u00ebrqendrohet tek detajizimi dhe theksimi i arsenalit ushtarak dhe fare pak tek psikologjia dhe intelekti i protagonist\u00ebve dhe aspak tek ideali i tyre sublim: LIRIA. Pra, heroi i liris\u00eb son\u00eb mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb edhe t\u00eb kaluar intelektuale, si Ham\u00ebz Jashari \u2013 m\u00ebsues, Agim Ramadani \u2013 poet e artist, Edmond Hoxha \u2013 student, por t\u00eb derdhur n\u00eb bronz assesi nuk guxojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb pa PUSHK\u00cb, sepse duhet k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulur se liria erdhi vet\u00ebm si rezultat i PUSHK\u00cbS dhe n\u00eb asnj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb i ndonj\u00eb aktiviteti tjet\u00ebr. E gjith\u00eb kjo, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe gjuh\u00ebn e domosdoshme estetike socialisto-realiste q\u00eb vinte si k\u00ebrkes\u00eb eksplicite e porosit\u00ebsve t\u00eb tyre, apo e fuqis\u00eb politike n\u00eb ardhje q\u00eb edhe ideologjikisht ishte e lidhur me socializ\u00ebm-realizmin. donin t\u00eb tregonin fuqin\u00eb politike n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb dhe q\u00eb domosdoshm\u00ebrisht duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrputhej me ideologjin\u00eb politike q\u00eb ata p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonin.
