SHKRIJN\u00cb RAPORTET E NGRIRA MES T\u00cb RINJVE SHQIPTAR\u00cb DHE SERB\u00cb<\/strong>"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMitrovica, p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq, \u00ebsht\u00eb ende nj\u00eb qytet i ndar\u00eb n\u00eb kuptimin njer\u00ebzor\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr frazat m\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebgjuara q\u00eb nga paslufta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jo vet\u00ebm Mitrovica, por kudo q\u00eb banojn\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb dhe serb\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndar\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mir\u00ebpo, jo shum\u00eb larg kryeqytetit, n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb Gra\u00e7anic\u00ebs, nj\u00eb vendbanim me shumic\u00eb serbe, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vend q\u00eb i b\u00ebn bashk\u00eb dy nacionalitetet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vend q\u00eb nga pamja dhe emri t\u00eb jep ndjesin\u00eb se frekuentohet vet\u00ebm nga komuniteti serb, por realisht n\u00eb brend\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb krejt\u00ebsisht tjet\u00ebr histori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pronar serb, kamerier\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb e serb\u00eb, di\u00e7ka rrall\u00eb e par\u00eb apo e d\u00ebgjuar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kuzhin\u00eb tradicionale, ushqime tradicionale, gjuh\u00eb serbe e gjuh\u00eb shqipe, vizitor\u00eb evropian\u00eb e vendor\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T\u00eb gjith\u00ebve u sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb Q\u00ebndrimi dhe Uroshi. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb historia e tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Historia i ka ndar\u00eb popujt shqiptar dhe serb, por k\u00ebta dy t\u00eb rinj i ka bashkuar puna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebr Millorad Nikolliqin, pronarin e restaurantit \u201cEtno Ku\u0107a\u201d nuk ka qen\u00eb aspak e leht\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb bashk\u00eb pun\u00ebtor\u00eb nga t\u00eb dy etnit\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pronari i k\u00ebtij restauranti ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se kompletimi i stafit me shqiptar\u00eb e serb\u00eb ishte i v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, duke patur parasysh t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se aktualisht, serb\u00ebt dhe shqiptar\u00ebt punojn\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb restaurant p\u00ebr vite t\u00eb t\u00ebra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cStafi mysafir\u00ebt i ka prit\u00eb bukur mir\u00eb, bashk\u00ebpunimi ka qen\u00eb shum\u00eb i mir\u00eb, edhe gjuh\u00ebn e kan\u00eb m\u00ebsu prej nj\u00ebri-tjetrit, sepse nuk i kan\u00eb dit\u00eb gjuh\u00ebt e nj\u00ebri-tjetrit. Kamerierat shqiptar\u00eb e kan\u00eb m\u00ebsu gjuh\u00ebn serbe, edhe kamerierat serb\u00eb e kan\u00eb m\u00ebsu gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, fjal\u00ebt e ushqimit, fjal\u00ebt e pritjes\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nikolliqi ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se tash e dhjet\u00eb vite, prej kur \u00ebsht\u00eb hapur restauranti, pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb me ata serb\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb pasur probleme mes vete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cJo, kurr\u00eb nuk ka pas inate p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb kalumes, kurr\u00eb nuk kam pas k\u00ebsi raste e as nuk kam pas probleme, bash jan\u00eb shok\u00eb t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb, bile kan\u00eb nj\u00eb respekt t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, saq\u00eb harroj kush \u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb, k\u00ebta mes vete kalojn\u00eb shum\u00eb mir\u00eb e as situata aktuale nuk i shqet\u00ebson e as probleme t\u00eb tilla\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kamerieri nga Drenica, Q\u00ebndrim Selmani, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se n\u00eb fillim kishte hezituar q\u00eb t\u00eb punonte p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs mes dy popujve dhe frik\u00ebs nga paragjykimet nga shoq\u00ebria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cN\u00eb fillim u kon menimi q\u00eb pronari serb, kamerierat serb, qysh ka me kalu, krejt qysh e kom menu ndryshe m\u00eb ka dal\u00eb krejt, djemt\u00eb jon\u00eb shum\u00eb pun\u00ebtor\u00eb, jon\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, po ashtu edhe pronari. Fillimi ka qen\u00eb pak i v\u00ebshtir\u00eb se kam qen\u00eb shqiptari i par\u00eb q\u00eb kam fillu me punu k\u00ebtu, se m\u00eb her\u00ebt nuk ka pas shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Q\u00ebndrimi ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se jo vet\u00ebm me Uroshin, por me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb serb\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb q\u00eb punojn\u00eb k\u00ebtu kan\u00eb relacione shum\u00eb t\u00eb mira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ani pse thot\u00eb se n\u00eb fillim e kishte pasur t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb komunikimin p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs, ai shprehet se tashm\u00eb nuk e ka nj\u00eb problem t\u00eb till\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cKeqkuptime kurr\u00eb e as probleme asnj\u00ebher\u00eb s\u2019ka pas mes neve, bile un\u00eb q\u00eb jam i vetmi k\u00ebtu shum\u00eb kan\u00eb respekt p\u00ebr mu. Gjuh\u00ebn e kam pas pak problem n\u00eb fillim me m\u00ebsu, se nuk i kam dit\u00eb as fjal\u00ebt, mir\u00ebpo mas 3 muajve un\u00eb kam mbrri me kuptu krejt se \u00e7far\u00eb po flitet edhe tash e kam m\u00ebsu gjuh\u00ebn shum\u00eb mir\u00eb. Me qen\u00eb me kalu mir\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt dhe serb\u00ebt qysh kalojna na k\u00ebtu, do t\u00eb ishte perfekt, myshterit\u00eb q\u00eb vijn\u00eb gjith\u00eb e din\u00eb se qysh kalojm\u00eb na mes veti\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kurse kamerieri serb Urosh Nedeljkoviq ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se tash e gjasht\u00eb vite, asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb pasur probleme me pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb as me myshterinjt\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb e frekuentojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Madje ai thot\u00eb se mes tyre nuk ka kurrfar\u00eb barriere dhe se me Q\u00ebndrimin jan\u00eb shok\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cSuper, me t\u00eb kallxu drejt\u00eb super, bajm\u00eb buk\u00eb bashk\u00eb, punojn\u00eb bashk\u00eb, dalim bashk\u00eb, s\u2019ka probleme. Na kur vijm\u00eb n\u00eb pun\u00eb i lajm\u00eb krejt, as politik\u00eb as histori, krejt i lajm\u00eb jasht\u00eb dhe hyjm\u00eb mrena me punu, me fitu edhe na dhe nuk e kemi problem n\u00ebse pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt jan\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nedeljkoviq, i cili e flet rrjedhsh\u00ebm gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se at\u00eb e ka m\u00ebsuar gradualisht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cMe pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb e kam m\u00ebsu shqipen, fjal\u00ebt pirun, lug\u00eb, thik\u00eb, kadal-kadale, se un\u00eb kur kam ardh nuk e kam dit\u00eb asnj\u00eb fjal\u00eb shqip. Un\u00eb e kuptoj krejt gjuh\u00ebn edhe porosin\u00eb kur m\u00eb thojn\u00eb myshterit\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, e kuptoj, nuk kam nevoj\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb k\u00ebrkush me m\u00eb p\u00ebrkthy\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb restorant, ku shqiptar\u00ebt dhe serb\u00ebt shquhen p\u00ebr raporte t\u00eb ngrohta, por n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi n\u00eb Gra\u00e7anic\u00eb ku banon shumic\u00eb serbe, t\u00eb dy komunitetet jetojn\u00eb p\u00ebr vite t\u00eb t\u00ebra n\u00eb paqe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00ebnkryetari i Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Gra\u00e7anic\u00ebs, Leutrim Ajeti, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se padyshim q\u00eb e kaluara ka ndikuar n\u00eb krijimin e raporteve mes dy komuniteteve, mir\u00ebpo shton se n\u00eb krahasim me raportet e ngrira q\u00eb nga paslufta, nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb ka ndryshuar nd\u00ebr vite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajeti thekson se ka nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb mes shqiptar\u00ebve dhe serb\u00ebve n\u00eb Komun\u00ebn e Gra\u00e7anic\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cNormalisht ka pasur ndikim t\u00eb madh e kaluara q\u00eb kemi pasur, pasi vitet e para t\u00eb pasluft\u00ebs kan\u00eb qen\u00eb sfiduese, por duhet pranuar q\u00eb koh\u00eb pas koh\u00eb kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar. Kujtoj q\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb, menj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1999, ka qen\u00eb mjaft e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, ani pse isha f\u00ebmij\u00eb at\u00eb kohe, i kujtoj shum\u00eb sfidat q\u00eb na p\u00ebrcillnin si dy komunitete. Kjo n\u00eb mas\u00eb t\u00eb madhe ka ndryshuar pas vitit 2008, pra pas Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, v\u00ebrehet q\u00eb kemi p\u00ebrparim n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt, ani pse do t\u00eb ishte m\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimi t\u00eb thellohej m\u00eb shum\u00eb. Komuna jon\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e qet\u00eb dhe n\u00eb institucione bashk\u00ebpunimi mes neve si shqiptar\u00eb aty dhe serb\u00ebve q\u00eb jan\u00eb shumic\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb mir\u00eb. Madje, pun\u00ebt e shumta t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme, na b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u2019i harrojm\u00eb edhe pengesat q\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebhershme. Pra, mund t\u00eb konstatoj q\u00eb n\u00eb aspektin profesional n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim q\u00ebndrojm\u00eb mir\u00eb\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ndryshe nga Gra\u00e7anica, shqiptar\u00ebt dhe serb\u00ebt n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00ebn e Veriut kan\u00eb raporte jo shum\u00eb t\u00eb mira apo t\u00eb af\u00ebrta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas Veroljub Petroniqit, i cili drejton organizat\u00ebn joqeveritare \u201cHumanity Center Mitrovica\u201d n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00ebn e Veriut, t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb dhe serb\u00eb q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb e kan\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb jetojn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb punojn\u00eb bashk\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb shum\u00eb problemeve q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb shkaktuar nga faji i tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Petroniqi thot\u00eb se nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr faktor\u00ebt ky\u00e7\u00eb q\u00eb i penalizon k\u00ebta t\u00eb rinj \u00ebsht\u00eb mosnjohja e gjuh\u00ebs, kultur\u00ebs dhe traditave t\u00eb t\u00eb dy popujve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cBarriera gjuh\u00ebsore \u00ebsht\u00eb sigurisht e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, por nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishmja, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb. N\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb mosnjohja totale e kultur\u00ebs, tradit\u00ebs, zakoneve, t\u00eb t\u00eb kuptuarit, konceptit dhe pranimit t\u00eb \u2018an\u00ebs tjet\u00ebr si t\u00eb ndryshme nga ne\u2019. T\u00eb rinjt\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb dhe t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb serb\u00eb nuk din\u00eb asgj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00ebri-tjetrin. Ata nuk e pranojn\u00eb nj\u00ebri-tjetrin n\u00eb nj\u00eb kuptim global. Disa do t\u00eb donin, por nuk munden p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb frik\u00ebs s\u00eb refuzimit t\u00eb miqve dhe fqinj\u00ebve nga komuniteti i tyre.
